Dear sir,
We CHEC as the contractor of the GPHA, now we are finding agents for our containers which in transportation by sea freight,these parts of containers will be 4 pcs,the arrival time will be around 1th?April 2026.So please follow the below list to give us the quotation for all the agency services. Our company will base on that to choose the agent.

Notes:
(1)?Quotations must specify the currency.?This quotation excludes taxes and fees. Invoices will be issued in the form of formal invoices.
(2)?The quotation must include all costs?(transport cost form Tema port to site, shippling line charges, terminal handling charges, E-tracker divices,intervention/supervision fee, hire of reachstacker & forklift to offloading at site cost, insurance bond ). The aforementioned quotation shall remain no changed throughout the entire customs clearance process, and no additional charges shall be incurred.
(3)Quotation deadline time limit:?15th?April?2026.
(4)Quotation Method:Email with the sign and stamped quotation in the attachment.
(5)Please also provide all the company's business license and other relevant certificates.
(6)The final all PL,CI and BOL will be sent if the quotation satisfied us.
