Brief Specification Description:?To thoroughly implement the decisions and plans of the municipal committee and the municipal government regarding the special inspection of non-residential buildings in urban areas, effectively enhance the safety management efficiency of non-residential buildings in Pudong New Area, effectively prevent major safety risks, and fully safeguard the lives and property of the people. In accordance with the work requirements of the "Special Inspection Work Plan for Non-residential Buildings in Urban Areas of Shanghai (Shanghai Housing Renewal [2025] No. 53)", and in light of the actual construction and management of non-residential buildings in urban areas of Pudong New Area, this project intends to select a qualified supplier through competitive consultation to organize and carry out the special inspection work for non-residential buildings in urban areas of Pudong New Area.
